Understanding the Lotus365 ID Hierarchy

The Lotus365 platform operates on a structured account hierarchy with multiple levels. Each level has different capabilities and responsibilities. Understanding this hierarchy helps you determine which type of Lotus365 ID is most appropriate for your needs.

The hierarchy flows from Admin at the top down through Master Agents, Agents (DL), and finally to Client (player) accounts at the base. Each level manages the accounts below it, and each has specific functions within the Lotus365 ecosystem.

Client ID (Player Account)

The Client ID is the entry-level account type on Lotus365 and is intended for individual players. With a Client ID you can:

  • Access all cricket betting markets (Match Odds, Session, Bookmaker, Premium)
  • Play all live and virtual casino games (Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, etc.)
  • Deposit and withdraw balance through your support agent
  • View account statement and betting history

Minimum opening deposit is ₹100. The ID is free to create. Full Client ID guide here.

Agent / DL (Dealer) ID

An Agent ID (sometimes called a DL or Dealer ID) is the first level above standard client accounts. Agents have the ability to create and manage client accounts within their personal network. Key features of an Agent ID include:

  • Ability to onboard new clients and issue them Lotus365 Login IDs
  • Manage balance distribution within your client network
  • View combined account statement for all clients under your management
  • Communicate with clients and manage their deposits
  • Access to platform markets (same as client, plus management functions)
Eligibility: To enquire about an Agent ID, contact our WhatsApp support team. There may be minimum requirements related to network size and your familiarity with the platform.

Master Agent ID

A Master Agent ID sits above Agent/DL IDs in the Lotus365 hierarchy. Master Agents supervise multiple Agent-level accounts and are responsible for a larger portion of the platform network. Capabilities include:

  • Create and manage multiple Agent/DL IDs under your supervision
  • Oversee a larger network of client and agent accounts
  • Distribute credit limits and manage the financial flow within your network
  • Access broader account management and reporting functions

Master Agent status is typically granted to experienced operators with an established Agent network. Contact support for current eligibility criteria.

Admin ID

Admin IDs represent the highest level in the Lotus365 account hierarchy. Admin accounts oversee the full platform operation including Master Agents, Agents and all underlying client accounts. Admin-level access is not available through general application and requires specific arrangements with the platform.

If you are enquiring about Admin-level access, our WhatsApp support team can direct your query to the appropriate contact. Please note that eligibility for Admin ID access is determined entirely by platform management.

Agent ID – FAQs

Agent ID eligibility depends on specific criteria set by the platform. Contact the WhatsApp support team to discuss your situation and find out whether you qualify for an Agent or DL-level account.

DL (Dealer) and Agent are often used interchangeably on Lotus365. Both refer to accounts that can manage a client network. There may be slight functional differences between specific DL and Agent configurations — your support agent can clarify the exact distinction.

Client limits for Agent IDs depend on the configuration set at the time of account creation. This can vary based on your arrangement with your supervising Master Agent or Admin. Ask your support agent for the specific limits on your account.
